Terms & Conditions

The principles and limits governing the relationship between you and our atelier — from your first visit to the site to the final delivery of a project.

Effective from 1 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Homebrain website and describe the framework of the relationship between you and Homebrain, Lda. We invite you to read them carefully. Specific project contracts, where they exist, prevail over this document.

By accessing and using this website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the conditions described here, please refrain from using the website.

Scope

The Homebrain website presents the activity of our luxury home-automation atelier, describes services and solutions, and provides contact channels.

The website does not in itself constitute a contractual offer. Any contractual relationship arises exclusively from a formal written proposal accepted by both parties.

Intellectual property

All texts, images, videos, code, brand and graphic elements on this website are the property of Homebrain, Lda or used under appropriate licences. They are protected by Portuguese and international copyright and industrial property law.

It is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, adapt, translate or commercially exploit any content of this website without prior written authorisation.

Acceptable use

You undertake to use this website in a manner compatible with the law and public order. In particular, you shall not:

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or compromise website security.
  • Submit false, illegal or offensive information through the forms.
  • Use the content for competitive purposes without authorisation.

Limitation of liability

We strive to keep content accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, omissions or technical interruptions.

The information on this website is general and informational and does not replace personalised technical advice provided within a project relationship.

We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or temporary unavailability of the website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute, the Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other forum. The competent court is determined by the applicable law, namely based on the provider’s registered office.
